Your Role and Responsibilities
An IBM Consulting CIC Associate will design Applications, write Code, test, debug and maintain Software Applications. We are looking for exceptional candidates who are enterprising, have good interpersonal skills. They will have an opportunity to be trained for the following technical skills/languages

• Java
• DevOps
• Backend
• Frontend
• Fullstack
• Business Analyst
• User Researcher

Graduates from all technical streams are eligible. As new recruits, they will partner and network with the global IBM community while working alongside Top Talent. The CIC is a challenging and an enriching platform for fresh graduates to implement their academic learning in real time situations, acquire new skills and more importantly, make a difference.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• College diploma/Bachelor Degree with 2:2
• Willingness to be assigned to Client locations (as needed)

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Demonstrated history of achievement in academics, internships or work experience, preferably involving business and technical coursework
